Shipping Guide


COVID shipping times: 

  • within NSW 5-8 business days shipping time
  • other states 4-12 business days shipping time

Delivery times are taken from Auspost's website and are estimates only. View up to date and detailed delivery times here

Orders typically dispatch in 1-2 business days but may take longer during busy periods. 

We ship using Australia Post. Orders within Australia can take an estimated  2 - 7 days from dispatch. 

Return Policy

All unused items in their original condition purchased from www.craft2u is eligible for a full refund.


- If the product is faulty 

The product must be returned.

A replacement will be sent once returned or total cost of product can be refunded

- If the wrong product was sent in error

The product must be returned.

A replacement will be sent once incorrect product is collected or total cost of product can be refunded


- You change your mind

- It has been 14 days from date of purchase

- The item was on sale or pre-ordered at the time of purchase

- Knitting needles, crochet hooks, tools, notions or DIY Kits (unless faulty)

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

We will respond with instructions on how to return the item from your order

1. Email us

at with your name, order number, products you wish to return and whether you want a money refund or store credit (see step 3) so we can expect your return. Failure to do so will delay your return.

2. Return the items

You are required to return the items to our store at your own cost. You can bring it in person or post it back. You, the buyer, are responsible for the return method and the costs incurred. We will only return the full amount if the items arrive at our store or warehouse undamaged.

3. Receive your refund

Your money will be returned within 7 days of receiving the items.

You can choose between getting your money refunded or exchanging for other items in the store (store credit). Please email to let us know which you would like before you return the items or it will default to a money refund.
